At MORRIDEN, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted leather footwear made with exceptional craftsmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple, transparent, and customer-focused Return & Exchange Policy.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn, unused, and undamaged
Returned with the original Morriden shoe box, tags, and packaging
Free from creases, scratches, stains, or any signs of outdoor wear
In the same condition as received
Products found to be used or damaged will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. VALID REASONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Customers are eligible for return or exchange in the following cases:
Size does not fit
Wrong size, color, or product delivered
Manufacturing defect or damage on arrival
Issues related to stitching, finishing, or construction quality

4. REFUND & EXCHANGE OPTIONS

A. Size Exchange
One free size exchange is offered per order (subject to stock availability).
B. Product Exchange
Exchange is allowed for equal or higher-value products.
Price difference must be paid by the customer.
C. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Details:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the product clears Quality Check
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Bank/UPI)
Refunds will not be issued for size issues unless the product is defective

5. RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items → Free return pickup
For size-related returns/exchanges → Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer (nominal)

6. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

(Damage / Defect / Wrong Item)
To process any complaint for:
Manufacturing defect
Damage
Wrong item received
Customers must provide a full unboxing video that meets the following:
The video must start before opening the package
The shipping AWB number must be clearly visible at the start
The entire unboxing must be recorded in one continuous clip
This helps ensure transparency and smooth resolution.

7. SPECIAL LIMITED DROPS

For select Morriden Limited Drops, refunds will not be issued back to the original payment method. Instead, eligible returns will be refunded only as a one-time Morriden discount code, usable on your next purchase.
This policy applies to exclusive releases where quantities are extremely limited.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
Discount / Sale / Clearance items
Customized or personalized footwear
Products showing any signs of wear, creasing, scratches, or damage
Products not returned in original packaging
Return requests raised after 7 days

9. QUALITY CHECK (QC)

All returned products undergo strict Quality Check. Refunds or exchanges will be approved only if the product passes QC.
If QC fails due to usage, damage, or missing packaging, the return/exchange will be denied and the item will be sent back to the customer.

10. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST

To initiate a return or exchange, please provide:

2–3 clear photos of the product (including shoe box)
Unboxing video, if applicable

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Return & Exchange Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at Morbi, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any matter arising out of or in relation to this Policy.
